Can you make something beyond the catalogue?
Yes. Send your design or reference image. We can explore different apparel, materials, colours and customization methods and confirm the right production approach with you.
How quickly will our order arrive?
Usual delivery is 7–10 days. We can work with tighter deadlines when feasible. Share your required date and destination so we can confirm the schedule for your order.
Are taxes and shipping extra?
No. Our quoted prices include taxes and shipping. Starting prices are a guide; your final all-inclusive quote is confirmed around your design, fabric and quantity. We deliver everywhere; share your destination when inquiring.
How does payment work?
You pay 50% in advance and the remaining 50% on dispatch. We confirm your design, specifications and quote before production.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order details and photos. If a product is damaged or does not match the agreed order, we first get the opportunity to remake or replace it. If we still fail to deliver the agreed product, we provide a refund.
Can we order again later?
Absolutely. Share your earlier order reference, new quantity and sizes. We’ll confirm current material availability, pricing and timing for the next batch.
