Orders, pricing and delivery

Minimum order quantity is 30 pieces per item. Displayed prices are starting estimates per piece and include taxes and shipping. Final prices depend on the agreed design, materials, customization and quantity. We confirm the final quote and specifications with you before production.

Payment is 50% in advance and 50% on dispatch. Usual delivery is 7–10 days. Tighter deadlines may be possible; your order schedule and destination must be confirmed with our team.

Remakes, replacements and refunds

If a product is damaged or does not match the agreed order, contact ahzam@urzonstudios.in or +91 70222 63594 with your order details and photos. Urzon must first be given the opportunity to remake or replace the affected product. If we still fail to deliver the agreed product, we provide a refund.

Discuss any requested changes or cancellations directly with us, as custom production depends on the stage of your order.

Your inquiry information

We use the contact information and project details you provide to respond, prepare quotations and coordinate your project. The brief form prepares a message on your device and opens WhatsApp or your email app. It does not store or submit inquiries to this website. Review the message and press Send in your chosen app. That service processes your message under its own privacy terms.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the inquiry form. Contact ahzam@urzonstudios.in to request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information we hold, subject to any records we need to retain for your order.

This website does not include advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may process technical request logs to operate and secure the website.
